Through crowdfunding, Commun is built from its genesis by the very people who will use it. This tests demand, builds partnerships, and grows the good we can do from day one.

3. The 5-Year Handover
After five years of operation, we hand over the entire asset—sauna, balance sheets, and all—to a community cooperative, creating permanent, self-sustaining infrastructure.
